Pass through our front gates and quickly you'll find our tennis court facility showing off 11 beautifully maintained regulation courts with free use for Otter Creek members. For your comfort, immediately courtside, sits a beautiful new plaza which houses our tennis pro's office, ADA restrooms and an ice and water facility. If you need to cool off (or warm up), you're only steps away from grabbing a bite to eat, a Gatorade or adult beverage from our seasonal restaurant. Stay and enjoy your meal in our 8,000 square foot clubhouse complete with bar, dining hall, media area, ballroom, restrooms and business offices. During the summertime members enjoy a lap pool, recreation pool with diving boards and a mickey pool with fun water features for the little ones. Take a few steps further on our common grounds and you'll find just one of our giant commercial playgrounds sure to keep the kid's happy along with grill, pavilion and basketball facilities to entertain the rest of the family. Still need more? Walk, run or cycle over 6 miles of maintained trails inside the neighborhood, join a game of beach volleyball on our sand court or hit the fitness center open 24/7 to our residents.

Each year, OC hosts 5 of the largest USTA tennis tournaments in Arkansas, 3 central Arkansas swim meets and all types of private and community events. In addition to amazing facilities, our long standing programs and traditional community events draw families, retirees, active lifestyle and fitness enthusiast. Tennis, swim and dance lessons for all ages, Yoga, Zumba, and swim team keep the whole family having fun and staying fit together without ever leaving the neighborhood. Community events such as dive-in theatres, annual fish fry, holiday parties, and so much more help connect neighbors and build lasting friendships.

Originally established in 1973, Otter Creek has grown to nearly 1,100 homes.
